Goat's cheese, red onion, and cherry tomato tartlet served with a balsamic reduction
Oven baked goat's cheese wrapped in cured dried ham on a bed of cranberry sauce
Thai fishcakes served with a sweet chilli dip
Onion bahji served with a mint yoghurt
Farmhouse terrine served with a tomato chutney
Pan fried chicken liver and bacon flamed with creme de cassis

Steak and Guinness pie topped with puff pastry served with vegetables and choice of potatoes
